With the majority of these courses for employee and management development we provide virtual, in-person and recorded versions for your convenience. From improving leadership, teamwork and sales communication to better customer service and employee trust.  Each of these courses/modules have all been delivered many times with proven results. Clients love our series of three to six modules (with practice time and optional coaching in-between) for creating positive behavior change with impressive long-term results.

Most programs are structured as hands-on full-day formats. We do provide half-day versions of some of these modules that can be used as refresher or reinforcement sessions with some executive teams. For the greatest impact and long-term results we recommend 4- 8 of these modules conveniently linked together as a series that complement or build upon each other. From our experience, allowing 3-5 weeks in between sessions is the most effective for practical application and behavior reinforcement.
