Yes, leadership quality can improve with time.  But . . . in addition to time and experience, good training and coaching serve to expedite the leadership development process.  Listed below is a proven training workshop series that helps leaders to further develop or enhance their existing leadership skills.  Our series approach gets great reviews by even skeptical or seasoned leaders.  In addition to the practical, real-world application what leaders appreciate most is that once-a-month sessions minimize work flow interruptions and add a lot of value. What participants are saying:

“These type of trainings should be expanded to all employees.”

“Presented in interesting way; very high quality.”

“Easy to understand, follow and practice – Very passionate/energetic.”

“As better team members we can make things function better.”

“I recommend this for any team that either wants to build stronger relationships or wants to enhance the dynamics of their team.”

What we discovered several years ago is that one-shot programs have limited lasting impact. Stand-alone training often just increases awareness of principles and tools with little retention and application. While that type of training can be helpful, it often misses the mark for today’s organizations seeking long-term sustainable results from necessary or desired behavior changes. Today we deliver specifically what we know works best; well planned, communicated and executed, integrated workshop series that are intentionally spaced-apart to create application and practice time.

Time and again we have witnessed the tangible results and excitement of progress and improvement for leaders and teams at all levels. The best leaders we have met and worked with are those who believe that school is never out for true professionals and they are open and even excited about learning and improvement. If your leaders are not there yet, but are at least willing to explore enhancing their approach to leading others; there is still hope. Once they experience one of our interactive and engaging training sessions…even reluctant leaders who question the value of training are consistently and pleasantly surprised with both our approach and how much they find they can do and practice to improve their skills.

Assuming your management/leadership team is already good, we can help your leaders get even better. We’ve led practical training and coaching for hundreds of leaders. The most effective training we have conducted and have experienced over the years has always been training is supported and modeled from the top down. No surprise right? As we mention later in these materials; the number one reason for training failure is lack of management support before training and lack of management support and follow-up after training (see three-legged stool model attached). From the CEO to senior management and onto to mid-management, having shared vision, values and a consistent team approach to leadership speaks volumes to employees and helps to cultivate a meaningful workplace where employees thrive and work exceptionally well together.

If you want to help your leadership team in building stronger workplace trust and relationships or if you just need help in supporting an existing workplace culture that you are already proud of we are here to help you.
